At Claire Andrews Fitness we listen to our clients.

You're not just a number to add to a list, you're an individual with specific goals. The first time we chat we will discuss your health and fitness goals to establish the best way to work together to achieve exactly what you want. 

From there, where appropriate I'll look at how your body moves and what it's able to do. We will then work from there planning your sessions around your body's ability and your goals. 

It doesn't matter if you'r young or old, have specific training goals, whether you simply want to get stronger and build more muscle mass, or whether you want to train for something specific by working with a trainer you'll find a way to get the most from the body you already have.
